Privacy Policy

This policy explains, plainly, what Legal Fee Recovery collects, why, and who else touches it. Legal Fee Recovery is a self-help education program operated by Consors Amica LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). It is not a law firm and it does not provide legal advice. We try to collect as little as possible and we do not sell your data.

What we collect

We collect only what is needed to run an education product and to hold the materials you choose to save:

How we use it

We use the information above only to operate the education product and to store your own materials for you. Specifically:

We do not analyze your materials for legal merit. Nothing you save is reviewed, scored, or assessed to decide whether you have a claim. The program does not evaluate your specific situation. Your workspace is storage for your own words, not a case review.

We do not sell or share your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it for anyone else's advertising. The only parties that handle your data are the sub-processors listed below, and only so the product can function. We may disclose information if we are legally required to by valid law or court order, and we will limit any such disclosure to what is required.

Sub-processors

We use a small number of service providers to run the product. They process data only to provide their service to us:

SupabaseStores your account and the materials you choose to save in your private workspace.
ResendSends transactional email (receipts, access links, account notices).
AnthropicProcesses messages you send to the on-site assistant so the automated assistant can generate a reply.

The on-site assistant

The on-site assistant is automated software (an AI), not a person. When you send it a message, the content of that conversation is processed (including by Anthropic) so the assistant can generate a response. The assistant gives general information and helps you organize your own words. It does not review your specific bill, does not tell you whether you have a claim, and does not draft your letter. Please do not enter information into the assistant that you would not want processed for that purpose.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account and saved materials for as long as you have access to the program, so they are available to you. You can ask us to delete your account and the materials you saved at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will delete that data, except where a provider such as Stripe must retain limited payment records to meet its own legal and financial obligations, or where we are legally required to keep something. Standard operational logs roll off on a normal short cycle.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email [email protected]. The program is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a current effective date. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
